Isolated By Culture

There are many people in our community who are living in isolation.  They include the elderly who don’t have visitors or family in the area, those living with HIV/AIDS and those who need affordable housing -- or food on the table.  See how you can help meet some of these needs by checking out the opportunities below.

Clackamas Service Center - Since 1973, the Clackamas Service Center has been committed to serving the needy of Clackamas County with emergency services, groceries and other programs to help people help themselves!  Recipients include the homeless, the disabled, seniors, low income families, single parents and others. Ten percent of program beneficiaries are children under the age of five.  The Clackamas Service Center provides:

  • Clothing
  • Groceries
  • Community Meals
  • Household Items
  • On-site Medical and Dental Services
  • Information on other locations that offer assistance
