Rolling Hills partners with local schools and a variety of community agencies to provide you with opportunities to serve in our community. These opportunities comprise our Service Initiatives, which are great for groups or individuals. Check the Service Opportunity Calendars link above for details.
Be a Lunch Buddy at Bridgeport Elementary! Change a child's life in an hour a week! Lunch Buddies build positive, loving, adult relationships into the lives of children who need them. It is a meaningful opportunity to show love to a child. A Lunch Buddy eats lunch and goes to recess with their buddy (a student they are matched with) once a week. Adopt a Food Program
Community Groups – consider adopting a food item for the Tualatin Food Pantry.
The pantry has staple food items that they need to be replaced on a monthly basis. These include: Tuna Fish, Canned Corn, Canned Fruit, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Cereal (hot or cold), Hearty Soups with protein, Rice, Beans, Cooking Oil, Flour, Sugar, Pancake Mix & Syrup, Toilet paper, Soap, Shampoo, Laundry soap, Bus Passes (due to the high cost of fuel).
